Chris is a dynamic and experienced business and IT delivery manager with over 15 years of client-facing consulting. Able to build effective relationships at all levels and work with demanding internal and external project sponsors, Chris has acted as facilitator and mediator between business, technology and marketing disciplines
Justin Wilson co-founded Alpheus in 1996 and is now director of both Alpheus Solutions GmbH and Executive Director of Alpheus in the UK. He completed his engineering degree at the University of Southampton. His professional career included working for Mars Electronics, the European Commission (Directorate for advanced technology development), Price Waterhouse (Management onsultancy) and Goldman Sachs.
Karen is the COO for Alpheus Limited and a 20-year veteran of the international financial markets. Her past experiences in growing and running a London-based money market trading desk, and managing a telecom business, where margins are low, volumes are high, and errors costly, means that she understands the need for, and is a strong advocate of, efficient systems, clear communication, and well-defined processes.
Mark is the CEO for Alpheus Limited and a Senior Business Manager with a focus on technology & professional services. Operating at Board / C-Level he has extensive experience in a number of disciplines of technology management including CIO / CTO / IT department management, software development management and Programme / Project management. Mark has a solid history of delivering business programmes, technology projects and strategies.
Philip has twenty-five years experience as a project manager and business analyst at investments banks, software houses and financial services companies and has a track record of success in both business and technology projects. His strong belief is that the key to project and business success is participation and that his role is to manage both resources and budgets and also to build a team and project with a common purpose.
Tim is an exceptionally well rounded and experienced Consultant with a specific ability to work sensitively to bring widely dispersed, differently styled stakeholders towards a common goal. Tim’s communication skills are extremely strong and has considerable experience working in diverse, multi-topic and multi-cultural environments. He has demonstrated a unique ability to build bridges between different stakeholders within large organisations to bring clarity and a common view to the process of change. Tim’s uncommon combination of skills mean he is a valuable and effective person bringing clarity and leading change in any organisation.
Wahid has experience in a variety of roles covering the project lifecycle including business analysis, systems deployment and project management. Combined with a strong work-ethic, he builds strong senior stakeholder relationships with a focus to ‘adding-value’ back to the business. He continually strives for inter-company collaboration and is able to manage complex, on/off-shore teams.
